This is not your typical stretch class! This all levels series takes a deep dive into unique passive and dynamic techniques to increase overall range of motion. Each Saturday will focus on a different area of the body. Series will be held in the main studio and the temperature will be "warm"

Unwind your week with a deep inner journey of expanding consciousness, opening your heart and relaxing into bliss during this sacred blend of breath and sound. Brooke will lead you through a profound shamanic breathwork practice and the latter half will be guided by the sacred sounds of Sybille taking participants on a sound healing journey. This experience will help facilitate the cultivation of inner harmony and deep, lasting peace
Shamanic breathwork is a powerful practice that can help to create more space, heighten mental clarity, expand liberation and aid in eliminating blockages that limit one's potential. The most beautiful thing is that only the breath is needed, what an amazing gift we all have within! This technique is a very specific way in which to breathe that through the abundance of oxygen, practitioners will be able to move beyond the ego and foster greater connection to the higher self. Beautiful music, shamanic drumming and other tools may be utilized to help support participants on this journey. Possible effects that have been reported on the path are:
• Feeling a sense of deeper insight into one's purpose and existence
• Healing experiences of the past and finding profound and lasting inner peace
• Connecting to more joy, abundance and creativity
• Awakening inner power
• Clearing negative emotions and energetic blockages
• Connecting to Spirit

Whether you are struggling with getting into Crow pose or looking to improve stability in hurdlers's pose or 8-legged staff , this 2 hour workshop is for you! You will learn general arm balance principles, warm-ups to protect your joints, drills to improve technique, cues to help find the pose and tools for overcoming obstacles and fear of falling. Jesse is a licensed doctor of physical therapy with training in functional movement analysis. She has practiced yoga for 14 years and completed her 500 hour training in 2015.
Melting Point Hot Yoga is the perfect balance between strengthening my physical body while centering my mind & spirit. There simply is no other yoga studio for me.
As a devotee of the noon class, I consider it to be the best money spent all week. The class is straight up one hour, always interesting with routines that never get stale. While being an incredible workout, yielding to all levels of practice. The studio is always clean, and friendly. Melting Point is about yoga, and so much more, for me.
Practicing Hot Yoga with this amazing staff is truly changing my life. I have worked out for decades with running, aerobics and weight training but nothing has benefited me more physically and mentally than Hot Yoga. Thank you for teaching me to embrace this wonderful gift. I love it.
