Kundalini Yoga is a dynamic form of Yoga that awakens the practitioner’s consciousness by using: postures, mediation, breathing techniques, mudras (hand gestures) and chanting mantras. This ancient Yoga builds physical vitality, develops inner awareness, and helps move energy through blocked areas~ freeing Kundalini energy to from the base of the spine, to move through the chakra system, into the infinite conscious mind. Each week, this 90-minute class will start with a 5-10-minute lecture, followed by a Kriya, which is a combination of postures, breath work, chants and mudras to accomplish a specific outcome, and will end the session with an 11-minute meditation. Leaving you feeling Healthy, Happy and Holy!
*All levels and spiritual practices are welcome and encouraged.

You will be taught the basics of vinyasa yoga (linking breath with movement) in our heated space. This 4 week series will prepare you to safely attend any of our class offerings with confidence. You will learn to connect with your mind, body and spirit while moving through postures utilizing correct alignment and breath control. This series is perfect for those that have wanted to start a yoga classes but may have been intimidated by our “regular” classes .

Join Mary for a 6 weeks series where you will explore and practice principal meditation techniques including witnessing, self inquiry, mantra, visualization, prayer and yoga nidra. You will practice several breath techniques to settle your nervous system and calm your mind and learn methods for integrating meditation into your daily life. Each session will include an introduction, breath work, gentle yoga postures and meditation. The series will be in our non heated space and spots are limited to 15 students.

During this training you will learn all about the teachings of Yin Yoga including: History and philosophy, the Yin Postures, connective tissue and fascia, modifications counterposes, compression versus tension, yoga anatomy, varying body types/limitations, sequencing, and the physical, energetic and mental benefits of the practice. The training includes unlimited access to Videos on the student website. Participants will earn 11 yoga alliance CEs.
